Health development aims to increase awareness, motivation and ability of all people to live healthily. Dental and oral health referrals are carried out if abnormalities are found in the teeth and mouth. When a simple examination is held at the posyandu, the cadre can send/refer the patient to the nearest BPG so that treatment can be carried out on the teeth and mouth. This study aims to create and develop a Design Model for a Website-Based Dental and Oral Health Referral Application for Cadres at Integrated Health Posts (Posyandu). The research method uses R & D with this research step starting with looking for potential and problems related to the research topic. After that, data regarding the contents of the Website-Based Dental and Oral Health Reference application was collected through Focus Group Discussions with experts and users. Based on the results of the FGD and literature review, the application was then designed. This application design is then validated by experts, and revisions are made according to the input received. The revised application was then tested on 30 respondents. Final design revisions were carried out before making the prototype. The results of this research are according to expert validation using the interclass correlation test, namely with a p-value of 0.000 and the results of cadre validation using the interclass correlation test, namely with 0.000 to validate the suitability of the media in the dental reference application. So it can be concluded that the dental referral application is suitable for use as a referral for dental health services for cadres.Downloads
