https://ejournal.poltekkesjakarta1.ac.id/index.php/jchat/article/view/1784

Background: Effective education outreach is influenced by the media and methods used. Educating elementary school students requires methods that can capture their attention, such as using gaming media. With the advancement of technology, there are many interactive games that can be developed for use as educational tools. One interactive gaming medium that can be used for education outreach in this context is bingo. Modifying bingo into an educational medium can cultivate teamwork among students, enhance student engagement in learning, and create a more vibrant learning atmosphere. Objective: To analyze the level of dental health knowledge of 5th grade students at SDN Beji 2 Depok before and after education using the bingo game. Method: This research employs a quasi-experimental method with a one-group pretest-posttest design. It was conducted at SDN Beji 2 Depok, utilizing total sampling, involving 47 students. The independent variable is the bingo game, and the dependent variable is the level of dental health knowledge among students. The instruments used include a questionnaire and the bingo game media. Data analysis is conducted using the Wilcoxon signed-rank test. Results: This study shows the average value of dental health knowledge before playing with bingo games is 65.53 and after playing with bingo games is 93.62, with Wilcoxon test results of p<0.001. Conclusion: Bingo game is effective in improving dental health knowledge among elementary school students.
Dahlia Octavianita, Tedi Purnama, Emini Emini; Vitri Nurilawaty

https://ejournal.poltekkesjakarta1.ac.id/index.php/jchat/article/view/1801

Cesarean sections continues to increase globally and now accounts for more than 1 in 5 (21%) of all births. A common problem after a cesarean section is discomfort. One of the discomforts felt after surgery is pain. The pain experienced by post-cesarean mothers is related to two main factors: surgical wounds and uterine contractions. This study aims to describe the effect of implementing ambulation support on pain and the reduction of uterine fundal height post-cesarean. The writing method is a case study. Ambulation support intervention was carried out gradually over 48 hours. After the implementation, the NRS pain scale results decreased from 5 to 3. The WBPRS pain scale decreased from 6 to 3. The uterine fundal height decreased from 12.5 cm to 8 cm, decreasing more rapidly by 4.5 cm on the second day. The results show that ambulation support can help reduce pain and uterine fundal height more quickly. It is hoped that through patient education, accompaniment, and support during ambulation, and supervision during implementation, it can significantly facilitate the recovery of cesarean patients.
Meitania Rusdiana, Ulty Desmarnita

https://ejournal.poltekkesjakarta1.ac.id/index.php/jchat/article/view/1852

Introduction: Patient compliance with post odontectomy instructions is one of the factors that determine postoperative success. Lack of patient knowledge can interfere with the healing process and cause complications. Instructions given verbally often make patients less aware of post-operative care. Interactive website media through gadgets can be used as a tool to increase patient knowledge as an effort to prevent complications. The purpose of the study was to determine the effect of providing education with interactive website media on the level of patient compliance with post-odontectomy instructions. Methods: The type of research used is pre-experiment research with Post Test Only With Control Group Design. Sampling using Accidental Sampling technique obtained as many as 30 people. The variables in the study were interactive website media and compliance. Hypothesis testing using mann whitney U. Results: The results showed a difference in the level of compliance after being given education through interactive website media between the intervention group (80%) and the control group (53.35%). Mann Whitney U analysis showed that there was an effect on the provision of education with interactive website media on the level of patient compliance with the implementation of post odontectomy instructions p value = 0.049 (p < 0.05). Conclusion Interactive website media can improve patient compliance with instructions given at post odontectomy. Odontectomy patients become more aware of the importance of carrying out postoperative instructions to prevent complications
Nani Mira Khoirunnisa, Dewi Sodja Laela; Nurul Fatikhah; Yonan Heriyanto

https://ejournal.poltekkesjakarta1.ac.id/index.php/jchat/article/view/1810

Post cesarean section (CS) is a physiological condition that occurs in women who give birth via cesarean section or surgery. The changes include pain, uterine involution, breastfeeding (ASI) production, and psychological adjustments.. According to research, 20-80% of post CS patients experience moderate to severe pain that is inadequately managed. In Indonesia, this occurs at a rate of 30-80%. The effective breastfeeding rate in Indonesia is 55.5%, which does not yet meet the national target of 80%. Given the magnitude of these issues, the author aims to describe the influence of oxytocin massage application on pain levels and ASI production in post CS patients through this scientific work. The methodology used is a case study involving patients Mrs. L on their first day post CS. The intervention was applied from the second to the third day post CS, twice daily. The results of this application show that oxytocin massage can reduce pain from a scale of 7 to 3 and increase breast milk production, with a cumulative increase from no milk output to more than 50 cc.. It is hoped that the application of evidence-based nursing: oxytocin massage can be implemented as a standard intervention for post CS patients in hospitals.
Mallika Kharisma Chidani; Ulty Desmarnita

The type of research used was pre-experiment with a One Group Pre-Test Post-Test Design. The sample was taken by random sampling, the sample size was based on the Isaac and Michael formula with an error rate of 5% and 37 elementary school students in grade 5 were obtained. The variables in the study were smart books and dental caries prevention. Smart book media has been tested and declared feasible by media experts and material experts. Hypothesis testing using Wilcoxon Sign Rank. The results of the study showed an increase in caries prevention behavior in all students (100%) from the aspects of Knowledge, Attitude and Action after being given education through smart books. Wilcoxon Sign Rank analysis showed that there was a significant influence of the results of smart book education on dental caries prevention behavior in the aspects of Knowledge, Attitude, and Action 0.001 (p < 0.05). The use of smart books as an educational medium has been proven to be able to increase dental caries prevention behavior effectively in elementary school children.
