The results of the researcher's observations showed that there were still obstacles in the health service to implement a good care process. Problems include not understanding or forgetting how to write a diagnosis statement according to the concept of dental hygienist darby &amp; walsh, not having a dental hygienist darby &amp; walsh textbook as a guideline, and it is impractical to use the textbook because of the thick pages of the book and in a foreign language. Therefore, a more effective and efficient tool is needed as a reference / guideline by students and TGM at the health center, one of which is in the form of a web application prototype. in this study the researcher intends to develop a dental and oral health care application which is the main task of dental and oral therapists. The initial focus of the case is for pediatric patient services at the health center. The purpose of this study is to determine the prototype form of a web-based oral health care application as a guideline for pediatric patient services at the health center. This type of research method is research and development (R &amp; D). Initial research was carried out with descriptive qualitative. The stages of the activity are preparing the material database, making web-based applications with the help of the IT team, then reviewing the material by experts. The results of the research Prototype of oral health care applications can be accessed online based on a website both through laptops, PC, tablets and handphone. The application contains patient data menu features, assessment, diagnosis, planning, implementation, evaluation, and documentation (printing). One of the causes of breast cancer has increased due to the lack of education about SADARI (Breast Self Examination) during adolescence for early detection of breast cancer, so that the knowledge that adolescents have about health is very minimal and can cause a lack of concern or insensitivity to a symptom of a disease that arises abnormally in the body, so health promotion is needed in an effort to increase knowledge related to SADARI. Health promotion in adolescent girls will be more interesting if it is carried out with various methods such as demonstrations and showing videos. Objective: Knowing the difference in knowledge improvement between demonstration methods and animated videos in SADARI health education for female students. Methods: This type of research is a quantitative study with Quasi Experiment, Non-Equivalent with Control Group Design which was conducted from February to March 2023. The population female students of class X, XI, XII Natural Science and Social Science at SMA IT Bina Umat Yogyakarta. The technique of taking samples with proportionate stratified random sampling. Results: Wilcoxon test in the experimental group obtained p value = 0.000 and in the control, group obtained p value = 0.000. Mann Whitney test in the experimental and control groups after the intervention obtained p value=0.025. Conclusion: There is a difference between the demonstration method and the animated video to the increased santriwati knowledge of SADARI with a value of p=0.025 (p&lt;0.05). This is usually caused by poor oral hygiene, which causes a buildup of debris that harbors various types of bacteria. Efforts to prevent debris accumulation can be in the form of mechanical control, chemical control and control of fibrous foods such as apples Purpose: The purpose of this study was to analyze the effectiveness of the debris index before and after consuming apples. Methods: The type of research used in this study was a quasy experiment with a pretest and posttest design with one group design. This research was conducted with a sample of 84 students, using a total sampling technique, the research data used primary data. The research instrument uses a debris index check sheet. Data analysis was tested using paired sample t test. Results: Before entering the apples, 14 students (16.7%) had good debris criteria, 66 students (78.6%) had moderate debris criteria and 4 students (4,8%). And after consuming apples, 77 students (91.7%) had good debris criteria index, 7 students (8.3%) had moderate debris criteria index and no students had bad debris criteria index. Conclusion: The Debris Index before consuming apples was highest in the Moderate mixture of 66 students (78.6%). The Debris index after consuming apples was the highest in a good assessment of 77 students (91.7% and there were no bad criteria of 0.0%, the number of students who consumed apples was 86.9%, the highest with a good assessment of (91.7%), with the results of paired sample t-test p&lt;0.001. According to the Indonesian Ministry of Health's Data and Data Center in 2018, it was stated that tooth brushing behavior based on age groups in Indonesia, namely the daily brushing behavior of children aged 10-14 years, had a percentage of 96.5% with the percentage of correct tooth brushing time being 2.1%. Riskesdas states that the percentage of brushing teeth correctly is 2.8%. Promotional efforts that can be made are Dental Health Education. Apart from being carried out on children, this effort can also be carried out on parents, especially mothers. Powtoon as a multimedia application that can be used as a learning medium has several advantages, including very interesting animation features such as handwritten animation, cartoon animation and lively transition effects as well as easy timeline management. The research method and stages are development research to produce media products, then to see the effect of media use, a quasi-experimental method with one group pretest and posttest design is used. Research Results: Powtoon media for dental health education because of FGD with media experts, health promotion experts and dental health promotion media has been created with the results of expert validation and declared suitable for use as a media for Dental Health Education. Especially in childhood, dental caries is a problem that must be avoided, especially when they attend elementary school. Therefore, it is important for us to provide knowledge about how important it is to maintain healthy teeth in children. It is hoped that the educational program can increase public awareness about the importance of maintaining dental and oral health and motivate them to actively maintain their own dental and oral health. Providing e-books about dental and oral health as a learning tool is one innovative way to change children's behavior in maintaining dental and oral health. Objective: To analyze the effectiveness of dental health e-books on knowledge and debris index in elementary school students. Method: This research uses a quasi experimental research design. This research was conducted on class V students of SDN Krukut 03 Limo Depok. The number of samples used was 54 people using purposive sampling technique. Data collection was carried out by direct examination and filling out a questionnaire sheet. Data were analyzed using the paired sample t-test. Results: Of the 54 samples, the average debris index score before counseling was 1.59, medium criteria and after counseling the average debris index was 0.95, medium criteria with the results of paired sample t-test p &lt;0.001. There is a difference in the average knowledge score, namely from the previous 75.85, sufficient criteria to 88.52, good criteria, with the results of paired sample t-test p &lt;0.001. Children with mental retardation need to be given more effort to maintain the dental health of mentally retarded children so that they remain healthy. Objective: This study aims to determine the effect of counseling using audio-visual movements to musical rhythms on the ability to brush the teeth of mentally retarded children in SLBN cineam, Tasikmalaya district. Method: Quasi-experiment design with one group pre-test and post-test design. Sampling was taken using a saturated sampling method where the entire population was used as a sample of 30 people. The measuring tool uses an observation sheet. Data analysis using the Wilcoxon test. Results: after being given counseling using audio-visual movements to the rhythm of music, the average ability to brush the teeth of mentally retarded children increased from 3.60 (Fair) to 2.85 (Good). Wilcoxon test results obtained p value = 0.000 (&lt;0.05) . Prolanis is a proactive and integrated chronic disease management program involving participants, health facilities, especially community health centers and BPJS Health, aimed at encouraging chronic disease patients to achieve optimal quality of life services, one of which is dental and oral health. Education about dental and oral health needs to be provided to prolanis patients. This education needs to use media so that targets can more quickly understand the education provided, such as video and non-video media (flipcharts). The aim of this research is to analyze changes in knowledge before and after being given counseling using video media to prolanis patients, in the work area of the Mangkubumi Health Center, Tasikmalaya City in 2023. This research method uses a quantitative approach with a Quasi-Experimental research type with a Two Group Pretest and Posttest Design. Based on the results of statistical knowledge tests in the experimental group and control group, it was found that there was no significant difference between the results of dental and oral health knowledge before and after being given intervention using video and non-video with a significance value of 0.910, meaning p &gt; 0.05. The results of the Mann-Whitney statistical test showed that the knowledge of the experimental group was an average of 20.30 and the control group had an average of 20.70. p=value of 0.910 is greater than the significance level of p &gt; 0.05. This means that there is no significant difference between the results of dental and oral health knowledge using video and non-video. Objective: To determine the effect of the montessori brushing game method on increasing knowledge and brushing behavior of grade I students at MI Darul Khoer Wanayasa, Purwakarta Regency. Method: Design using quantitative analytics with one group pre-test and post-test design research design. The type of research used is the Wilcoxon test. One of the NCDs that can be found is Diabetes Mellitus (DM). The chronic metabolic disease called diabetes mellitus is caused by an insufficient amount of insulin produced by the pancreas or the body being unable to adequately use the insulin it produces. Diabetes cannot be cured, but blood sugar can be controlled to prevent complications. Physical exercise or exercise is the third and very important aspect in controlling diabetes. One physical exercise that can be done is brisk walking exercise for 30 minutes. Objective: To find out whether the implementation of brisk walking exercise can reduce blood glucose levels in diabetes mellitus sufferers in Wall Village, Tejakula District, Buleleng Regency in 2023. The type of research used is quasi-experimental with a nonequivalent control group design. The sampling technique used was non-probability sampling, namely purposive sampling, namely 30 respondents (15 intervention groups and 15 control groups). The Wilcoxon test results obtained ????-value 0.001 &lt; alpha (0.05), which means there is a difference in blood glucose levels before and after brisk walking exercise in diabetes mellitus sufferers. However, the proportion of correct brushing behavior based on RISKESDAS 2019 is only 2.8%. To overcome this behavior, it is necessary to provide treatment that attracts children's attention, such as providing educational games. The educational game that designed by researchers is about Tooth brushing Simulation using the Doctor Toys Set Educational Game Tool and video for how to play. The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of educational games to improve toothbrushing skills in Atikan Kindergarten, Bandung City. This research method uses a pre-experimental one group pre-test – post-test design which was carried out in April 2022 with a total sampling of 20 children. Toothbrushing skills were observed 2 times, before treatment (pre-test) and after treatment with educational games (post-test). Data analysis used paired-T test. The average score of the correct brushing movement before and after doing the Educational Game on Simulation of Brushing Teeth was 6.65 and 11.85 and there was a significant difference based on the mean score (p&lt;0.05). Puzzles are an interesting game for children, because basically children like attractive colored images. Puzzles can train finger dexterity and hand-eye coordination, as well as the cognitive concept of matching shapes and parts to wholes. Objective: To determine the effect of Health Promotion using puzzle media in increasing preschool children's dental health knowledge. Method: This study used a one group pretest and posttest design by providing treatment and measuring preschool children's knowledge before and after treatment.
