Pengaruh Telenursing terhadap Quality of Life (QoL) pada Pasien Gagal Jantung: Literature Review

Abstract

Quality of Life (QoL) pada pasien gagal jantung umumnya lebih buruk dari QoL pada pasien penyakit kronis lain. Perawat perlu melakukan intervensi keperawatan yang komperehensif meskipun klien di rumah. Telenursing merupakan salah satu upaya perawat untuk memberikan asuhan keperawatan dengan jarak jauh, khususnya edukasi dan monitoring pada pasien gagal jantung. Studi literature ini bertujuan untuk menggambarkan pengaruh telenursing terhadap QoL pada pasien gagal jantung. Database dikumpulkan dari jurnal online open source meliputi PubMed, ProQuest, ScienceDirect, EBSCO,  SAGE, dan Wiley Online. Artikel dicari menggunakan kata kunci telenursing, telemonitoring, teleeducation, quality of life, dan heart failure. Bentuk telenursing dalam studi literature ini antara lain telenursing berbasis aplikasi, telemonitoring, telephone reminder, dan follow up telephone. Tiga dari lima penelitian dalam studi menunjukkan bahwa telenursing memiliki pengaruh yang signifikan terhadap QoL pasien gagal jantung, sementara dua penelitian lainnya menyatakan bahwa tidak ada pengaruh yang signifikan antara telenursing terhadap QoL pasien gagal jantung. Telenursing yang memiliki pengaruh terhadap QoL antara lain telenursing berbasis aplikasi, telemonitoring, dan telephone reminder. Sedangkan telenursing yang tidak memiliki pengaruh terhadap QoL pasien gagal jantung adalah telepon follow-up. Perawat dengan dukungan dari pemerintah diharapkan dapat menerapkan telenursing yang komperehensif dan terintegrasi dengan program rehabilitasi jantung untuk meningkatan QoL pada pasien gagal jantung.
